First, make sure you copied the whole key with no extra spaces, and that you're using it with the right product. Still stuck? Open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID and we'll sort it out.
No. Each key locks to the first PC it's activated on (HWID-locked), so it can't be shared. If you need it on a second PC, buy another key. If you're replacing your PC, we can reset it.
